- Installed 90 mil TPO roofing with heat-welded seams and full flashing tie-ins.
Shingle Roof Area:
- Removed shingles and underlayment.
- Repaired decking, installed synthetic underlayment, drip edge, flashing, and GAF Timberline NS shingles.
- Sealed all vents, upgraded ventilation, and performed site protection and full clean-up.
