Scope of Work:
Flat Roof Retrofit (1,533 sq. ft.): Installed 90 mil TPO roofing with heat-welded seams and full flashing tie-ins.
Shingle Roof Area: Removed shingles and underlayment, Repaired decking, installed synthetic underlayment, drip edge, flashing, and GAF Timberline NS shingles and Sealed all vents, upgraded ventilation, and performed site protection and full clean-up.
