What types of commercial roofing systems do you repair?
We have the membrane-specific experience to diagnose and repair TPO, EPDM, PVC, and metal commercial roof systems. We utilize manufacturer-specific repair methods, including hot-air welding for TPO seams, to ensure your membrane is properly restored.
Will the roof repair disrupt my business operations?
Not at all. We understand that a commercial roof repair shouldn’t interrupt the business running underneath. We schedule and execute rooftop work requiring minimal to no interior access for most repairs. For occupied retail and office properties, we also offer early-morning and after-hours scheduling.
How can I tell if my commercial roof needs a repair?
You should have your roof inspected if you notice any of the following warning signs:
-
Ponding Water: Standing water that hasn’t drained within 48 hours of rainfall.
-
Seam Separation or Blistering: Lifted seams or surface blisters on TPO or EPDM membranes.
-
Leaks Near Equipment: Water entering near HVAC curbs, vent penetrations, or rooftop unit flashing (these are the most common failure points).
How do you find the source of the leak?
A leak that appears over one section of a commercial building often originates from a completely different area on the roof, carried by the membrane’s slope. We don’t just treat the symptom; we perform a full membrane and flashing inspection to trace the water path back to its actual entry point.
Do you offer a warranty on commercial roof repairs?
Yes, we provide a 5-year workmanship warranty on our repair work. This warranty is entirely separate from any existing manufacturer material warranties you may have.
Are you licensed and insured for commercial work?
Yes. Achilles Roofing & Exterior has been locally based in Houston since 2017. We are an RCAT Member (#208834) and are fully licensed, bonded, and insured to handle commercial roofing projects.
What happens after the inspection?
Before any work begins, we provide a written scope of repair that itemizes the membrane type and material costs. We also provide photo-documented pre- and post-repair reports for your property management records.
